Julia Row is a row of 13 brick townhouses, originally identical, completed in 1833. A rare complete block of early 19th century architecture in this style, it is on the National Register of Historic Places. Upon its completion, Julia Row became one of the most affluent addresses in the American Sector. Designed by architect Alexander Thompson Wood, in a transitional Federal to Greek Revival style.
We have restored and renovated 4 of these buildings, combining them into what is now The Julia. This wonderful building boasts outdoor decks and balconies as well as spacious and beautifully decorated interiors.
