The Picayune is a historically renovated building located in the CBD. This property is the original location of the New Orleans newspaper, The Daily Picayune. In 1914, the paper merged with The Times-Democrat, creating the well known newspaper today, The Times Picayune.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo boasts 780 Sq. ft. . It is located on the second floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator.
Traditionally decorated with the history of the building in mind. We will be adding framed newspapers dating back to 1890 to the decor over the next few weeks.
We are located 2 blocks from the French Quarter and 8 blocks from the convention center
