The Picayune is a historically renovated building located in the CBD. This property is the original location of the New Orleans newspaper, The Times-Democrat. In 1914, the paper merged with The Daily Picayune, creating the well known newspaper today, known as The Times Picayune.

Traditionally decorated with the history of the building in mind, we added framed newspapers dating back to 1890 in the decor, with a specific theme for each condo, based on sections of the newspaper. 

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo boasts 1200 Sq. ft. . It is located on the second floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator. 

We are located 2 blocks from the French Quarter and 8 blocks from the convention center

New Orleans License#17STR- 22007

Access to this condo will not be permitted until the contract is signed and the ID of the primary renter is received by VacayNOLA.

We will also need an ETA for your arrival day. We ask that you provide this itinerary information so we can coordinate with a team member to assist with your check in. Please note that check in is after 3 p.m. and check out is before 11 a.m.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was outstanding to deal with. On a busier street so the street noise can be disturbing at times but the location is good and a 10 minute walk from everywhere. It's fairly clean and fairly priced.
