 This property is the original location of the New Orleans newspaper, The Times-Democrat. In 1914, the paper merged with The Daily Picayune, creating the well known newspaper today, known as The Times Picayune.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo boasts 1421 Sq. ft. . It is located on the fourth floor of the building, easily accessible by elevator.

Traditionally decorated with the history of the building in mind. We have “themed” this condo around the Local Culture Section of the newspaper, there are several framed pieces, dating back to 1890, throughout the unit for your enjoyment. We are located 2 blocks from the French Quarter and 8 blocks from the convention center”

Access to this condo will not be permitted until the contract is signed and the ID of the primary renter is received by VacayNOLA.

We will also need an ETA for your arrival day. We ask that you provide this itinerary information so we can coordinate with a team member to assist with your check in. Please note that check in is after 3 p.m. and check out is before 11 a.m.
