We take pride in offering furnished vacation rentals with a touch of personalized service. Located in downtown New Orleans, our condos are just a stone's throw away from all the attractions.   • What items are provided in our rentals?

    Please note most consumable items are provided in quantities sufficient for the first night of your stay.


    Kitchen-Drip coffee maker, French Market Coffee-12 cup bags, Coffee Creamer, Coffee filters, Sugar, Salt/Pepper, Bottled water/ Gatorade, Trash bags, Paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and sponge


    Laundry- Tide pods/ drier sheets, Ironing board, Iron


    Bathroom- Trial size soaps & shampoo, makeup remover towelettes, Toilet paper, Hand soap, Hair drier, Towels and washcloths.


    Bedrooms- Pillows and linens for beds and air mattresses,  clock radio.

  • Where are our condos located?

    Our condos are located in downtown New Orleans.  They are in 2 locations, the Arts District (Julia Street) and the Central Business District (Camp Street).  

  • What type of internet access is provided?

    Internet access is provided with your vacation rental.  It is Fiber Optic internet that is accessed through wifi.  Each condo does have a its own modem.

  • What TV viewing options are offered?

    All our our vacation rentals have TVs in the bedrooms and living rooms.  Each TVs has a Roku streaming device with Guest Mode for you to enjoy.  You are welcome to bring your personal streaming device if you would like.

  • Are your check out requirements cumbersome?

    No, in fact they are really easy.  We ask that you start the dishwasher and take out the trash. Leave the key fob on the counter and come visit us again as soon as you can :)


      Please do not start the laundry as we send it out to be professionally laundered.

  • Where do I park?

    These condos do not have dedicated parking.  There are various public parking garages, lots and street parking available for a fee.  We would suggest going to a website that helps you located parking lots, like bestparking.com.  Most parking lots in our area are owned by premium parking and can be reserved on premiumparking.com. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you are booking through our website, VRBO or Homeaway the cancellation policy is as follows. 


    -Cancellation 30 days or more before scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all money paid.


    -Cancellation 14 days or more before scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation total.


    -Cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date - all money paid will be

    forfeited.


    -Cancellation of a reservation made using a credit issued by VacayNola or rebooking of

    a previously cancelled reservation, are nonrefundable regardless of the scheduled

    arrival date.
